Cultural Dress up day

On Friday 24^th June, to mark the end of Cultural Week, the children came dressed in clothes from their own culture.

In Year 4, the children had the opportunity to try lots of delicious food prepared by some generous Somalia parent helpers and watch traditional Somalia dancing.

Thank you to all the parents who became involved in the activities ranging from dancing, sharing stories, to preparing food for the children to try. It was clear that the children enjoyed the week and gained lots of knowledge and experience about the different cultures within our school and the wonderful world around us.
