  • District Sports

    Mon 26 Jun 2023

On Monday 26th June, eighteen children from years 3 – 6 proudly represented the school in District sports. They went to Hillingdon sports track where they competed against 10 other school in a range of athletic events such as the vortex throw, standing long jump and a variety of running events. The entire team displayed incredible skill and resilience throughout. The grand finale for the day was the final relay competitions which both of our teams worked tirelessly to qualify for - which was an incredible achievement! In the final, the boys relay team (consisting of Dwight, Alim, Rupert and Walter) showcased sheer determination, energy and huge levels of sportsmanship, resulting in them placing first across all ten schools and being awarded the school shield, which is a fantastic achievement that we as a community are all so proud of!

It was a wonderful sight to see the whole team giving it their absolute best, all while having a big smile on their faces for making themselves and their families proud! Good job everyone!
I would like to say a special thank you to the parents and staff that helped to ensure the event ran successfully and to all of the parents who were able to attend and show support. We look forward to next year’s District Sports, sure again to be a splendid event for everyone involved!

  • Year 4 trip to the Mosaic Reform Synagogue

    Wed 21 Jun 2023

On Wednesday, children in Year 4 had an exciting and enriching experience visiting the Mosaic Reform Synagogue in Stanmore. The trip was a valuable link to the Religious Education curriculum, focusing on the study of Judaism. During their visit, the children had an opportunity to explore and learn about various aspects of Jewish traditions and customs, such as shabbat, musical traditions in Judaism and the significance of the ark and Torah scroll. We are proud of the children for their enthusiasm, respect, and active engagement throughout the visit.
